Next up...San Diego!
It seems that the only way I could move around more is if I joined the military, but at least this time I will be moving into probably the nicest weather in the US, except perhaps Hawaii. Fun, sun, and ridiculous housing prices here I come!
I will be moving out to San Diego at the beginning of next month to work as a level designer on the latest Gauntlet game Gauntlet: Seven Sorrows. As one of the oldest gaming franchises still going strong I think this will be a unique opportunity to apply my skills to a different genre and learn a lot from the great designers that are already working there.
Also I am overjoyed to be once again to be working with John Romero but this time in a design role. From what I have seen of the game it is going to really be awesome and I am honored to be associated with the project. I can’t wait to get started!
